This page is for BuyBox users who want their account deleted and their associated personal data removed. Complete the form and a pre-written email request will be opened in your default mail app and sent to BuyBox Support for processing.

When you submit this form, your default email client will open with a pre-written message addressed to BuyBox Support so you can send a verified account deletion request.

This action is intended to be irreversible once processed. Make sure you no longer need access to your BuyBox account before continuing.

How can we identify your account?

Providing any extra identifiers helps support find your account faster and avoid accidental deletions.

This helps prevent accidental deletion by confirming you are typing intentionally.

  • Provide account email or phone number
  • Acknowledge permanent deletion
  • Type DELETE in the confirmation field

Your default email app will open with a pre-filled message to [email protected]. Review and press Send to submit. If no email app opens, use the support links on the right.

What happens next

After your deletion request email is sent

  • Your BuyBox profile and sign-in access will be removed.
  • Saved addresses, preferences, and account-linked personal data will no longer be available.
  • Some transaction, payment, fraud-prevention, or regulatory records may be retained where required by law.

The BuyBox team will verify ownership using the contact details you provide, then process your request within the timelines required by applicable privacy laws. If extra verification is needed, support will reply using your email or phone.
